Auction Clerk – Equestrian & Livestock
We're looking for a dedicated Auction Clerk to support our growing equestrian and livestock auction operations across Europe. You will be the key point of contact during live and timed auctions, ensuring smooth lot management, accurate bid registration, and seamless communication between auctioneers, sellers, and buyers.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in or affinity with the equestrian and/or livestock industry
- Flexible and willing to travel across Europe for on-site auctions
- Stress-resilient — able to perform under pressure during fast-paced live auction events
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Comfortable working with digital auction platforms and technology
- Able to work evenings and weekends when auctions are scheduled
